To cover the costs of being able to do this, we charge a small monthly maintenance retainer. A maintenance retainer gives us a budget to keep basic records as to how your website is set up, and to make minor improvements to bring your website up to standards. The benefit is that we can respond to your changes for requests, and answer questions as to how things are organized, and look for opportunities to reduce your monthly hosting charges. We normally only offer maintenance retainers on programs we have written or overhauled.
