4.407 This document is my complete procedure for installing a Windows 2000 Server. I should be able to pick up this document and start installing any given machine. I copied most of the material from the old Journal system. In any given install, I also make notes in a text file such as 4.407Klaune.txt. See the directory Unfiled/Windows2000Install. At this time of writing, I'm not sure that this "document format" is going to be better than the "checklist" TOC format used in the journal. The advantage of the journal is the concept of supressing detail, by having dozens of small detail documents such as "Break Mirror", which normally don't need to be read. With a chapter type document, I can't really duplicate that flow. Best I could do is try to do the procedure from the TOC. (But a TOC is not really a procedure).

1. Break the Mirror, or install a DOS partition if it won't let you.
