Program Maintenance Retainer:Bluesoft will not normally make program adjustments, or be familiar with the internal operation of your programs, unless you have a maintenance retainer. This is just a low monthly cost cover basic record keeping, so we can respond efficiently to your questions. It does NOT cover the time spent on maintenance requests themselves. We can only offer maintenance retainers on programs we have written, or which use our standard platform such as MS Access, and .ASP.

Shared ServersWe will not normally configure our SHARED servers with specialized components required by a single website. If you need a DEDICATED web server, we charge an additional $100/month (300/quarter). The usual reasons why it might be required are stability in a development environment or special configuration for third party executables.
